This intelligent rate controlled PWM application system, built from the PinPoint III platform, automates spray output using task controlled sections, turn compensation and real-time operator feedback, all through an ISOBUS display.

PinPoint III TURF is task controller based with the ability to receive task control prescription, add edge pass flow adjustment and can be set to GPA or Gallon per 1000 sq ft.

PinPoint III TURF allows the flow rate and pressure to be controlled independently by using a electric PWM application solenoid at each tip. The spray pattern is blended pulse sprayed to adjust for flow changes while being locked onto target rate.
Zero turning radius makes for excellent machine control. However, in traditional spray applications rate during turns can greatly vary as the outside boom is traveling at a much faster speed than the inside. This creates an under application on the outside, and over application on the inside. Because PinPoint III TURF is controlling the flow to each nozzle, it compensates the flow during turns for even and repeatable application regardless of obstacles.
